Ensuring the availability and safety of aircraft in operation is our top priority. Our maintenance teams are composed of around 130 technicians and mechanics, each with an average of 10 to 30 years of experience.

Our technicians are certified to work on the majority of long-haul aircraft types, allowing us to support a broad and diverse fleet. From 9,800 aircraft serviced in 2024 (800/month), we’ve scaled up to an average of 960 aircraft per month in 2025, demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and growth.

Although Crystal Aero Solutions offers a wide array of services, including line maintenance, engine replacement, technical support, and AOG operations, we have developed a unique solution that enables base maintenance operations to be conducted directly at our CDG station.

Thanks to the expertise of our technicians and the integration of seasoned heavy maintenance personnel, we are able to perform tasks typically reserved for MROs specialized in base maintenance.

Our services notably include A checks, complex fault diagnostics, and other specific operations. This flexibility allows our clients, whether on a stopover or based at Paris Roissy CDG Airport, to make the most of extended ground time (six hours or more) by optimizing scheduled maintenance.

By combining line and base maintenance within a single offer, we provide our airline partners with a tailored, cost-effective solution.

To value airlines and reduce aircraft downtime, we have established a dedicated division specialized in engine replacement, including both scheduled engine changes and AOG operation worldwide.

Thanks to specific optimized internal procedures developed by Crystal Aero Solutions, we now guarantee expertly managed and compliant interventions in under 48 hours for engine models such as the T1000, T7000, XWB, GEnx, and GE90.

In 2026, we will achieve a new milestone by performing our first splitting mating operation on a Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engine.

Our expertise encompasses all types of engine models. We provide cutting-edge services that combine advanced know-how and state-of-the-art technology to ensure precise and reliable diagnostics. In 2025, we conducted over 100 endoscopic inspections across the globe on engines such as the TRENT XWB, TRENT 7000, TRENT 1000, TRENT 700 and CFM56-5B / 3B / 7B.

Our experts are involved in both scheduled operations and urgent AOG situations. We are equipped with two Mentor Visual IQ+ systems, featuring 6mm and 4mm probes, currently the most advanced technology available on the market. In addition to inspections, our specialists are also available for blending and Customer Witness services.

We will soon be expanding our services with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) capabilities.

Our NDT services will include Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), Ultrasonic test, and Eddy Current. More information coming soon.
