Founded in 2018, Crystal Aero Solutions was built on a clear ambition: to redefine the standards of aircraft maintenance and support airlines to face the major operational challenges upcoming. Initially backed by Crystal Group, the company has steadily strengthened its structure, expanded its capabilities, and consolidated its leading position in a challenging market environment. In 2024, Crystal Aero Solutions reached a significant milestone by becoming fully independent, reflecting both its maturity and the strength of its foundations.
In 2026, the company joined the CMA CGM Group, a global leader in transport and logistics. This strategic move allows it to leverage the Group’s resources and expertise while maintaining its agility and innovative approach. By combining independence with the backing of a global leader, it is better positioned to push boundaries and turn ambition into action.
The company’s two current directors are among its original founders. Their complementary expertise forms the cornerstone of Crystal Aero Solutions. On one side, over 30 years of hands-on operational experience in aircraft maintenance; on the other, a strong expertise in compliance and airworthiness gained at approved aircraft maintenance organizations.
This association has created a genuine synergy between operations and engineering. This complementarity shapes our organization: we listen, analyze, coordinate, and execute efficiently. Today, this approach defines the identity of Crystal Aero Solutions.

Our vision
Redefining aircraft maintenance
Crystal Aero Solutions stands out for its innovative approach to aircraft maintenance. While the industry traditionally draws a clear distinction between line maintenance and base maintenance, we have introduced an intermediate solution: light maintenance. A pioneering service at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, designed to optimize aircraft downtime and operational efficiency.
In practice, we provide services directly during stopovers to perform operations traditionally reserved for base maintenance. By anticipating requirements and intelligently segmenting maintenance tasks, we enable our clients to maximize ground time efficiency, improve aircraft availability, and enhance overall fleet profitability.
Our vision is clear: to turn operational constraints into performance opportunities. Whether supporting scheduled maintenance or responding to AOG situations, we deploy our resources with commitment and determination.
